Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values


While each of our Associates and their businesses will have their own Purposes, Visions, Missions and Values; we have laid down those of MultiCOACH to ensure harmony and cultural alignment within the cooperative.  Associates who do not feel sympathy with these statements of MultiCOACH are discouraged from seeking membership.  They form the basis of our combined Code of Conduct.

Purpose

This is why MultiCOACH exists. It gives us meaning, a reason for doing what we do. It guides and inspires us as we decide what we might do or not do as our environment and opportunities change. Vision

This is what MultiCOACH looks like when it’s Purpose is being achieved.  Our Vision is how we see ourselves and our market at some point in the future.  It is our dream of the enterprise we are striving to create.  It is the end we have in mind as we begin, and as we continue. Mission

Our Mission is a broad description of how we intend to turn our Vision into reality within the context of our Values.

There are many ways that MultiCOACH could seek to build an organisation to deliver the benefits sought by businesses.

MultiCOACH has chosen to grow gradually by carefully inviting selected coaches and consultants to cooperate with us where the market mechanism fails to deliver, that is, where excess demand and capacity struggle to equalise.

Our approach is one of quality over quantity.  Growth may be exponential, but the speed of that growth will still be governed largely by the availability of suitable coaches and consultants with the ethics to appreciate our Values and Vision, and the commercial acumen to grasp and leverage our business model.

RESULTS for shared clients generate additional profits for our Associates, and better service for those clients.

Results also generate referrals to new business and an ever increasing and improving reputation.

The combination of ever increasing opportunities for Associates and our reputation for achievement serves to attract the interest of the right kinds of potential additional Associates to join our cooperative, so creating a virtuous cycle of aligned and ever increasing benefits for clients, Associates and MultiCOACH alike.

Values

These are how MultiCOACH exists. They are the things we hold dear, important, sacred ... even beyond our Purpose. They define the attitudes and behaviours we endorse in the achievement of our Purpose. To cross them is to contradict and so invalidate our reason for existing. They include …

What we value above all else is RESULTS. If we don’t or can’t add value, we shouldn’t be involved. By exercising our Values, we add value, and achieve results. We do this best as a TEAM, in concert with each other and our clients.

RES-U-LTS reflects the logical order of our Values. RES are inwardly focused, on ourselves individually and as the TEAM of MultiCOACH. U – which represents Understanding – is the bridge we cross to engage with our clients. And when we engage – we deliver LTS.
