MultiCOACH was founded by
Edensilk Pty Ltd in 2010 to fill an ever increasing need in the business services market for effective advice from experienced coaches and consultants, and to create a community for such advisors to leverage each others resources for the benefit of clients.
Edensilk is based in Perth, Western Australia, and has operated a coaching and consulting business since 2001. It is typical of the sort of consultancy that benefits from joining MultiCOACH as an Associate.
At the time of forming MultiCOACH, Edensilk had too many clients and too much demand for its services. It was unable to find enough like minded and suitably skilled and available coaches and consultants to handle the overflow. So Edensilk formed the cooperative called MultiCOACH to systemise the basis on which it could engage other professionals to handle the excess workload, whilst likewise being available to assist other Associates on occasions when they became overloaded.
This has proven beneficial to Associates and clients 'in common' that have so far become 'Members' of MultiCOACH.
