Code of Conduct

MultiCOACH Associates agree individually and as a group, to exhibit the following behaviours and attitudes when working with each other and with clients referred by each other.
  • Deal honestly and constructively with all Associates and clients.
  • Give generously before expecting to receive.
  • Put the interests of clients ahead of personal or immediate self interests.
  • Treat the clients of other Associates at least as well as you would treat your own.
  • Seek to understand the strengths, offerings and target markets of other Associates by meeting with at least one other Associate per month in addition to MultiCOACH group meetings.
  • Actively discover opportunities for new and additional business that can be referred to other Associates.
  • Proactively cooperate with other Associates in the development of new and additional business opportunities.
  • Maintain levels of communication between Associates working jointly on client assignments that will:
    – ensure continued client satisfaction, and
    – keep all Associates adequately informed of their rights and responsibilities, and
    – enhance the brand value of MultiCOACH and all Associates involved.
  • Respect and protect the brand value of MultiCOACH and that of other Associates.
  • Do whatever you say you will do, with respect to clients and other Associates, which includes setting and honouring expectations, and being punctual.
  • Identify and respect the expectations of Referring and Originating Associates before accepting a referral or commencing work for a referred client.
  • Ensure thorough completion of a MultiCOACH Client Feedback Survey for all work you perform.
  • Remit monies owing to MultiCOACH within 1 week of receipt of payments.
  • Be totally honest in all financial transactions, seeking the agreement of any affected parties if in doubt.
  • Avoid and/or declare any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information about clients and Associates during and beyond your association with MultiCOACH.
  • Respect and protect the intellectual property rights of all Associates, clients and MultiCOACH.
  • Proactively cooperate with other Associates in the ongoing development and improvement of MultiCOACH for the benefit of all Associates and clients.
  • Constructively use the systems and processes agreed by MultiCOACH Associates in the manner intended.
  • Make every effort to attract potential new Associates to join MultiCOACH.

Your payment of membership fees to MultiCOACH confirms your agreement with the current terms of this code of conduct.
