Holistic Reciprocity

It's surprisingly difficult to find coaches and consultants who can take an holistic perspective of clients and truly appreciate their part in that cosmos.

It's also very difficult to find coaches and consultants who really live out the 'law of reciprocity' that such service providers are so inclined to extol.

Essentially, the consulting and coaching world is unregulated, and has attracted far too many 'takers' and not enough 'givers'.

MultiCOACH is for providers of professional services and products who proactively embrace the concept and practice of 'giving before receiving'.

So if you're contemplating becoming an Associate of MultiCOACH, that means sharing revenues with other Associates, and not trying to offer services outside your scope of capabilities or available time.

MultiCOACH offers you scale without compromising autonomy and freedom.  Our only insistance is that you abide by our Code of Conduct and our terms of membership which will be provided during the application process.

How does it work?

Our Associates continue to operate their own businesses in their own ways.  But when they are introduced to the client(s) of another Associate they agree to share the resulting revenues/fees in a way that expresses appropriate appreciation for the opportunity.

MultiCOACH helps to smooth the ebb-and-flow of workload for all Associates.

Associates who conduct work referred to them through the exchange experience higher levels of profitability because referral fees are less than the typical costs of marketing and selling.

Associates who experience excess demand for their services have the opportunity to leverage the spare capacity of colleagues for mutual benefit by receiving those referral fees.

Member clients of the exchange are better off because they get the services and products they need without delays or price premiums.

So everyone's a winner in the MultiCOACH exchange.

How to proceed?

If you're considering becoming an Associate of MultiCOACH you would probably like more information about how we process referrals and share revenues between Associates.  In which case, as an indication of your intent, we invite you to make your application for Associate level membership.  The fees will be fully refunded if your application is declined, or you decide to withdraw your application for any reason. 

But please remember, if you're looking to get something for nothing, you've already misunderstood what we're about.  MultiCOACH represents synergy in action; but that means making a contribution.  Taking the first step tells us you're serious.

MultiCOACH Associates are provided with the means to turn their 'self-employment' into a 'business' with a leveraged passive income stream.  And that's unusual.

Beyond Associate

There are a number of higher levels of membership among Associates as well as opportunities to purchase and/or use extensive practice development tools and resources.  These opportunities are fully explained during the application approval process and are optional.  For example, Associates of greater than one-year membership are eligible to apply for Partnership status with additional benefits and obligations.
