Levels of Membership

MultiCOACH offers increasing levels of membership to suit the differing needs and perspectives of buyers and sellers of professional business improvement services.  The first 3 levels of membership are:
  1. Subscriber
  2. Member
  3. Associate

Each higher level of membership includes all the features and benefits of the levels below it.

Members may join at any of these 3 levels, downgrade at any time, or upgrade to higher levels of membership as they qualify.

Subscriber

Subscribers provide minimal information about themselves for MultiCOACH to keep them informed of activities and opportunities as they arise.  Subscribers also receive a monthly eNewsletter.  There is no application process or membership fee for becoming a Subscriber.

Member

Members are asked to provide more information about themselves and their companies so that MultiCOACH can be more relevant in terms of offers and opportunities.

Information is collected via an application form; and the individual member can control what is made visible to other members including Associates using the online self-service facility.

Only members may access, view and search the details of suppliers ie Associates.

Members pay a small annual membership fee which is effectively reimbursed many times over each year in the form of discounted offers.

Members also get preferential treatment such as:
  • early invitations
  • exclusive member-only offers
  • access to forums
  • access to white papers and other resources
  • contributor access to the MultiCOACH blog
Members are essentially persons interested in accessing personal development and business improvement services and products including self-help resources.

Associates

Associates are keen to supply to Members.  They are asked to provide more information about themselves and their companies because they want to be found by Members for the products and services they can supply.

When Members search the MultiCOACH site for help, they are free to contact relevant Associates in accordance with the details that those Associates share about themselves.

Associates are carefully recruited by MultiCOACH based on strict criteria and a rigorous selection process to ensure that our Members are never disappointed.

Approved Associates pay membership fees quarterly for access to a range of Associate-only features including:
  • listing in the Associate Directory
  • training events for Associates
  • networking events for Associates
  • forums for Associates
  • online event administration and promotion
  • listing in the Products Directory
  • opportunity to sell the products and services of others
Associates are essentially persons interested in supplying personal development and business improvement services and products in cooperation with other complimentary suppliers in the context of a community of like-minded professionals who can help one-another to help themselves and their clients.

Other considerations

All memberships are payable in advance.

All membership fees are paid online by credit card or PayPal.  MultiCOACH does not process manual payments.

All memberships are 'personal' in that each person must take out their own membership, even if several persons from the same organisation wish to become members.  MultiCOACH does not provide corporate memberships.

Associates are at the same time Members who may access the details of other Associates for improvement of their own businesses and personal skills.

All memberships carry a fully risk-reversed 100% money back guarantee of satisfaction without explanation.  However, it is not our practice to provide partial refunds for downgrades or discontinued memberships within a pre-paid period for reasons outside the control of MultiCOACH or the member.
